I've been a customer of BGS for nearly three months now, opting for the Platinum membership that set me back almost five hundred bucks. So far, I've managed to sell just five books. The team I've interacted with has been super friendly and supportive, and I even heard from Mr. O'Bryan, the founder of BGS. He was really kind in offering his assistance directly, and I'm willing to give it a go. For the time being, I'm changing my review to three stars since they’re genuinely trying to assist me. I’ll share a final update down the line.

The publishing world can be a bit snobby and overly formal, unlike my previous experience where I got nothing but generic, copy-pasted replies that felt so impersonal. When you pour your heart into a book, it’s vital to feel that the folks handling it truly understand you and care about its success. BGS gave me that sense of security and a close working relationship that I really value. Looking back, I wish I had found BGS before I went with another company for my book's initial publishing. I was pleased with the service from the silver package; it brought in a few sales and reviews that helped raise awareness for my book's launch. Nothing earth-shattering, but BGS put in the effort, and it definitely made a difference, especially with a little of my own promotion. Now, I’ve hired BGS to manage my Amazon ads (which, honestly, is a real headache for anyone not in the know!). I’m still waiting to see if the ads will lead to sales, but if they do, I’ll be sticking with BGS for the long haul. They’re real people with good hearts.
